This is a coaching workbook for the newly spiritually awakened. It does not come solely from the perspective of any one world religion. It details one girl’s ‘enlightenment experience’ and the ups and downs of the re-alignment period which followed.
The Author
Five years ago, in a voice workshop in the south of France, Lucy had a life-changing experience. It took her four years to extricate herself from her former life path, and re-align with her life purpose. She did this blindly, by reading books, taking healing courses, through breath-work, becoming a Reiki Practitioner and taking the Landmark Forum. She ‘felt’ her way through and came out the other end as a Certified Professional Life Coach and author. She is Executive Director of Leadership Santa Fe. Lucy’s Credentials
Lucy is a Certified Professional Life Coach and a graduate of the CPCP at International Coach Academy. She is in the process of completing the International Coach Federation accreditation process and a member of same.
Lucy hails from Ireland. She graduated first in her class from DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama receiving a distinction in her Diploma in Speech & Drama Studies, Dublin, Ireland. She finished Year One of the Trinity College Bachelor in Acting Studies top of her class, with distinction, before realising coaching was her real passion. She directed three productions for Tipperary North Youth Theatre, receiving the Artist in the Community Award 2005 for her teaching from the Tipperary County Council. She has lead many voice and acting workshops for groups all over the country. She is a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner and has completed a 40 hour Basic Mediation Training.
